Is there any small business out there that can recommend a SEO company that is cost effective?

Would love to hear from companies that have used SEO’s and not the SEO’s themselves. My organic listings are pretty good… looking for someone to manage CPC marketing effort on multiple sites.
Need to claify… SEM

SEM or SEO? SEM is Pay per Click (e.g. Google Adwords) And Seo is to improve on your organic (free) ranking in Search Engines.

I recommend to check the SEO and/or SEM Buyers Guide from MarketingSherpa (if you are a US advertiser). They are not cheap but worth the investment (I own them myself).
